TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND
Thank you for shopping with Elitspire Bangladesh. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with our product for any unexpected reason, we are here to assist you.
General Notes:
- Warranty and after sales service is limited to electrical components only [LED light strips and Smart Features components]. No warranty provided on mirror.
- A receipt/invoice must be presented as proof of purchase.
- Return/refund request will not be accepted due to ‘Change of Mind’ reasons.
- Refund/Return/Replacement requests will not be accepted if product is damaged during delivery and/or installation by any vendor/service provider not affiliated with Elitspire Bangladesh.
To be eligible for return/refund/replacement, the reason must be valid and fall under one or more of the following criteria:
- Delivery of wrong product.
- If product is damaged during delivery and/or installation by Elitspire Bangladesh, customer will be eligible for replacement (subject to availability) or full refund.
- The wrong product was delivered.
Refund Process:
If a customer’s claim is deemed valid for a refund, Elitspire Bangladesh will issue a refund within 7 to 10 days. If the product was purchased online through the official website and payment was made online, the refund will be issued to the same payment method.
Cancellation and refund due to Product Unavailability:
- The availability of a product is subject to stock, and the fulfilment of any order depends on the product’s supply. Elitspire Bangladesh may cancel an order if the product is not in stock.
- If the product is out of stock, but the customer has already made the payment, Elitspire Bangladesh will provide a full refund within 7 to 10 days using the original payment method.
- If a customer confirms an order but cancels it before delivery, and payment made through an online payment gateway, Elitspire Bangladesh will issue the refund using the same payment method after deducting a 10% processing fee.
